COACHING Support (CIRS/Mold/Lyme/MCA)
In-person, By phone, Online/Video chat
This service is particularly supportive for individuals navigating complex, multi-system conditions such as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), mold-related illness, Lyme disease and co-infections, and other chronic inflammatory or dysregulation-based conditions. These presentations often involve overlapping symptoms, variable progression, and challenges in being clearly understood across providers.
My role is not to diagnose and treat. This is not to replace direct medical care.
My role is to help support you in navigating complex, multi-symptom conditions by helping you organize:
* patterns
* environmental context (including but not limited to navigating with remediators and environmental testing)
* food and medication contexts
* medical history
All in a way that is coherent, trackable and communicable within clinical settings. These presentations often involve overlapping symptoms, variable progression and challenges in being clearly understood across providers.
Medical Appointment Support & Care Coordination Navigating complex or ongoing health concerns can be overwhelming especially when multiple providers, symptoms, and decisions are involved. I offer in-person medical appointment support to help clients stay organized, communicate effectively, and feel grounded during their care.
This service is designed for individuals who may benefit from an additional layer of support during medical visits, including help with tracking symptoms, asking questions, and understanding next steps after the appointment.Services may include:
* Transportation to and from appointments (when appropriate)
* In-person support during medical visits
* Assistance organizing and communicating symptoms and concerns
* Note-taking and post-appointment summary support
* Coordination support between providers, when needed (sharing checklists, notes, patterns)
The initial appointment for this service will include quite a few questionnaires to help prepare me to help you.
