Classes/Workshops

I teach at the Bozeman campus of Sacred Roots Massage School. I teach the Energy Medicine class, mentor and coach students.

I also teach a large variety of Energy Medicine workshops in person and soon will be offering them online.

Writing

I am currently in the process of writing a book about the the personal blueprint we each carry as a part of our work in this manifestation on Earth.

Daily Devotionals

Monday-Friday most weeks, I film, and publish on my YouTube and Facebook group a daily devotional based on a theme. 

I use books, poems, memes, cards and generally life experience to generate a 10-20 minute daily devotional time. 

The purpose is to create a supportive community and shared experience for honest growth.

Eagle and Rue

I am very active in sewing and crafting. I make most of my own clothes and passionate about creating and artistic things; along with our environmental impact as an artist.
